⏹A co-lecture session was successfully conducted yesterday as part of the Industrial and Organizational Psychology course BPS1163 taken by the first year BPS students. The session featured a guest lecture by Ms. Yang Hayati Abdul Razak, Regional Healthcare District Manager from Danone Malaysia, who shared valuable insights on the practical aspects of Job Task and Job Analysis in the workplace.

Ms. Yang Hayati drew from her extensive industry experience to explain how job analysis is implemented in real organizational settings, highlighting methods used at Danone Malaysia. She emphasized the importance of aligning job roles with business goals and discussed the strategic role job analysis plays in recruitment, performance appraisal, and workforce planning.A number of 54 students had the opportunity to engage actively through a Q&A session, where they posed thoughtful questions regarding career paths, job design, and the challenges of managing roles. The session was highly informative and provided students with a practical perspective that complemented their theoretical learning.The co-lecture served as a successful bridge between academic knowledge and real-world applications, enriching the learning experience for all attendees
